These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CruxCut mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by CruxCut ("CruxCut," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time within the limits permitted by applicable law. If we make changes, we will provide notice of the effective date and the reason for the changes through the Service, our website, or another reasonable method.
If you continue to use the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
CruxCut provides features that support climbing activities, including movement analysis, climber tracking, route and session records, feedback review, data storage, and synchronization based on climbing videos and images.
Some features are provided through on-device processing. Available features, storage, and synchronization may vary depending on whether you are signed in or subscribed to a paid plan.
You may use authentication methods provided by CruxCut, including simple login, to access the Service. You must provide accurate information and keep your account access credentials secure.
Except where CruxCut is responsible under applicable law, you are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. If you become aware of unauthorized access or use, you should notify us promptly.
We may offer certain advanced features, cloud storage, synchronization, or other add-on features through paid subscription plans. The price, period, renewal terms, and included features of a subscription are described in the app marketplace, payment screen, or in-Service notice.
If you purchase through an app marketplace or third-party payment provider, payment, cancellation, refund, and withdrawal rights are handled according to that provider's policies and applicable law. If CruxCut offers direct payment, the payment and refund terms separately presented by CruxCut will apply.
You must have the necessary rights to videos, images, notes, labels, route records, session records, and other content that you upload or create through the Service. You must not upload or share content that infringes another person's rights, likeness, privacy, personal information, or applicable law.
You allow CruxCut to process your content as necessary to provide the Service, including storage, synchronization, display of analysis results, backup, error diagnosis, and feature improvement. You retain ownership of your content.
CruxCut's analysis results and feedback are reference information intended to support climbing activities. The Service does not replace professional coaching, safety instruction, medical diagnosis, treatment, or injury prevention.
You are responsible for checking your physical condition, surroundings, equipment, and climbing gym rules. If an activity is risky or causes pain, seek advice from a qualified professional.

The Service, software, designs, logos, trademarks, analysis models, data structures, and related content are owned by CruxCut or the relevant rights holders. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms and may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, transfer, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
We process personal information necessary to provide the Service in accordance with applicable law and the CruxCut Privacy Policy. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service for operational, technical, or business reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice. For urgent security issues, outages, legal requirements, or other unavoidable reasons, we may provide notice after the fact.
If you violate these Terms or interfere with operation of the Service, we may restrict your use of the Service or terminate your account in accordance with applicable law and Service policies. You may delete your account at any time through the process provided in the Service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, continuously available, or error-free. Except where caused by our intent or negligence, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We are not responsible for damages caused by reasons outside our reasonable control, including your own fault, network or device environment, app marketplaces or third-party services, natural disasters, or similar events.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises in connection with the Service, CruxCut and the user will first try to resolve it through good-faith discussion. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the competent court under applicable law.
